Since 2006, we have been investing in the Metro-East area, with a main focus within Madison and Saint Clair Counties. Our journey began cleaning out abandoned properties for local and national banks. This work was well-received by both neighbors and municipalities, which soon lead to our team remodeling to completion. The "YOUNG" reputation quickly grew within the community, as we took on some of the most neglected parcels, reviving their charm and character to restore value to the surrounding area. Persistence, local laborers, and word-of-mouth referrals allowed for immense expansion, as we have completed over $9.9 million in transactional sales to date.

  Our goals have risen, however our values have remained in stone: "Build for the community that supports us". We continue our journey developing in the same area that have been home to us for 25 years. As we take on larger projects, we carry on listening to the needs of the public, which has been the greatest contribution to our success.
